It's Mr. Lif and Akrobatik, two rappers from Boston (at least I know Lif is from Boston). They're both really talented, especially Lif and their music rocks. I have some songs from Perceptionists, just no whole albums. Does anyone have Lif's I Phantom or Enter the Colossus? Man those are excellent albums.
