hey guys,

For one of my IT units i had to create a website, blogs are in fashion at the moment so heres mine - http://blog.criticalwebdesign.co.uk

Its my first go at PHP and mySQL and i have only used a little bit of CSS so its a web standards nightmare, all aligned with tables.

Well just tell me what you think, i hope to expand it soon with a load of other features the first will be a comments sytem, but i had to finish it in a bit of a rush

anyway. firse away with the critiques!! Andy

i think it's way too messy. fontsizes are way too big. i'm at 1280*1024 and they're huge. not really a fan of the header, not really clear either with the double font use. i think there's still a lot of work to do, just check out some other blogs, look how they're constructed and you're off

yeah the fonts are HUGE. Id try doing some cool graphics or flash for you buttons to liven things up. its a little dull. thats great for your first go at it though, nice job.
