psp -> fla ?

I designed a new logo in Paint Shop Pro (I did this because I used a picture to get some details I found cool enough for the logo). Now I want to make a vector graphic of it to use it for Flash animations. Problem is, it's a psp-file. :-\
Any ideas how I could do this without having to redraw the whole thing? Or are there programs that can do this?

You can save it as a jpg and import it into flash then use the Trace Bitmap tool.
