Where I could find a tutorial or, even know yourself how to get an effect similar to the one on this page:

(bottom row, middle picture) I'm assuming it was done in photoshop b/c I remember seeing somehting like the in the past. But I really like that effect, but I just don't see how he did it. Any help? Please:tie:

You mean the bunch of dots? I think you could do that with a fill pattern on a mask layer.
