quiz type script

hi,
i am new to Flash,, useing mx (and ver# 5 if needed)
got many of the basics,, doing mostly with graphics.
trying to make a poll or quiz type script, i have looked at many and not found one i can modify to suit my needs.
i have spent weeks trying to find this info.
i have no idea how much work is involved in this script,, just know i am not able to do this yet.

would be nice if it is all in flash, one file,, but if need be flat file acces is ok with full url (text files),, then i can run from any computer with ips if need.

4 questions. radio buttons, defalt fase, (numeric defalt 0, true 1, i was asuming how it would do this)
button, save ansers and go to next page of questions, same as first page.( 4 radio buttons, questions)
button, go next page, takes number ( if 3 ansers true,, then 3 of 4, pull up pargraph 3),, add it second page,, same as first page,, if 2 questions true,, paragraph 2 and put them together to be printed and or emailed.
button last page, then add the 2 pages together for a number 5 and pull up paragraph 5 of a different page for print or email.

In his book "actionscript the definitive guide" is a complete tutorial for a quiz, the code should be downloadable from his site. The book was originally written for Flash5, but should work as well in MX. Also at www.actionscript.org (http://www.actionscript.org) is a tute for Flash 5 quiz
The thing is you probably will not find an exact script for what you are trying to do, you will have to follow a basic tute and then adapt.

most quiz's are a difintive anser,, this one is not,, i have looked so many,, cant expres this, many..
the out put is based on how many are are true.
saw one that was sorta like it,, a % one,, but still not close.

not haveing anything that is much to start with,,
i did the radio buttons..with numeric default,, but not know enoph yet to make anyhting of use.
