- looks like you took this off a vhs tape
- could have easily been made in flash and come out much better
- html file bg should be black as well
- should include a skip intro link

- well, you can't really navigate it without back buttons
- could use some transitions
- it's hard to say a lot about this because there's so little content

I like the concept, but you need to work on the delivery. Try adding some styling to the HTML and add some graphic to make it seem more realistic.

Its not meant to be a website, its a program for study in the classroom. probably should have elaborated on what the file actually was. Its to be used with a teacher guide that has questions to go along with the video.
