I made a sketch of a person in school and now I want to get it on the PC as a vector grafic...
What is the best way to do that? Do I have to paint everything again in Flash or Illustrator ?
By the way, I'm really bad at drawing, but I think this is worth to be shown ;p My first drawing of a person since kindergarden ;p
What do you think of it ?

Drawings are never bad so continue drawing. =)
The way your character is posed reminds me of Egyptian art which has figures standing in a similar pose. =)

Right, I just posed it so, that I don't have to draw a face or hands :)
But how can I get it on the pc...

Illustrator is much more expensive than either of the others, so if that's a problem , maybe you should go for one of the others.
All three are good, and for basic function they all satisfy the needs. Each has its own advantages and features in the high-end stuff... also, consider how it will work with your other programs (if you already use flash etc, maybe go for macromedia (FH))
all in all, i believe that Illy has the most features, but i'm not really sure... unless you're gonna be doing heapsastuff, any of them should be ok :)
