i was looking at a weather report and they have this(picture) for pheonix, arizona.

is this correct?

Looks even crazier when I checked it last (weather.gov). But nothing life threatening. Why?

Well Lucky I live in the nice HOT Australia, where we dont have snow or big storms such as twisters etc, oh it snows in the hills, but yeah, :D:D
