Does anyone know where I could get *new* replica merchandise in Toronto. I will visit Chinatown, but I want to know some other places that I could find counterfeits. I know this isn't the best place to ask about bags, since its a computer based forum, but I still think it's worth a try. :hugegrin: ..{man, this place has the best smilies}

I understand the whole ethics of counterfeits, and I can't afford the real deal. So I went to Yorkdale Mall (2nd biggest mall in Ontario) to all the stores to look for messenger bags from low end designers(GAP, Guess, Hilfiger, etc..) and I couldn't find a bag big enough to fit my books and binders. They were just too small and I don't see the use in paying $40 for a bag that's not practical. But I know that the designer replica's are big enough to fit my books.:s:

have you tried ebay? or clearance sale? I'm sure you can get some affordable real deal somewhere..

Ebay can be a problem because Customs can confiscate the item and I can get in big trouble. Even after discounts, I can get a bag for $300 at a clearance sale.

there are shops all over between queen and college. don't know any names.. maybe queen west for something (queen between university and bathurst)

If you don't actually want a namebrand bag and just a knockoff... save yourself the suckiness of owning a knockoff and go origional... hit up the nearest thrift shop, find a wicked-awesome bag or briefcase, pay $3 for it and be done with it... then if you wreck it, lose it, want to 'modify' it, anything... who cares! it was $3!

although i guess not everyone is up for that... but i certainly would.
