roll over effect

Can anyone teach me how to make a jpg when you rollover on it, it changes to other gif? Using HTML codes or frontpage.:)

Edit the attached .txt file to your liking, i.e. (images, and link) then make it a html file.

if youre using dreamweaver you can go to insert interactive images and choose rollover image it letss you choose wich gif or jpg is in up state and wich is in down state, there also is the nav bar wich is a very kewl technique for html menus, it lets you put up,over, down and over while down images wich is very good for making a menu if you want to see what im talking about check out this site i did http://www.bmv-interactive.com/quericopub/ as for front page i really have no idea since i dont use or like frontpage that much
