need help making a game!

ummm... hi! im new!

anyways ill start w/ a introduction. I am very good with flash animation (i have been "flashing" for about 2 years) , but when it comes to making games i am a total newb. I go online to find tutorials, but nothing makes sence.

so what im asjing is basic help for making a game for a newb. preferabley a platformer. but anytrhings fine.

Its like this site is deserted. I would help but ive had to start learning again after i forgot because i didnt use flash for years

its not totally deserted..
there are spurts of people.. some times everyone is busy..

as for game dev in flash. you would need a lot of actionscript knowledge to really make a successful game.. so start studying actionscript and its applications for OOP (object oriented programming).

You only let your post sit for 6 minutes before bumping it. You need a little patience. But as mpelland said, you need to look into AS. It also depends what kind of game you want to build. PM me for more info.
