submit button didn't work...

I have little help on this only once, that was whole ago. so I'm using it again but forgot how to do it.
I make a text email box, html and sendmail.php so in preview broswer the submit didn't work.
I know that the submit button was suppose to link to sendmail.php to says email is successfully.

you either need 1) your files on a server that supports php or 2) install apache on your computer.
