tween engines on flash player MAC

Can someone explain me why flash player on MAC dosen´t handle well to many tweens at the same time, I tried using laco tween engine and MC Tween, so far this last is the best, but the performance is so bad on mac, why this happens?

i heard somewhere that the flash player for mac just simply isn't as good as the player for windows. I can't remember where I heard that although as a mac user I have certainly experienced enough to believe it's true!
