View Full Version : a good pixel art editor?

anyone know a good pixel art editor.? I know PS is a good one but i was thinking od something like greyscale that can edit animations in real time and lots of options. unfortunately it wasnt free so i'm asking you guys know any other substitute that can par with greyscale but for free. thanks :thumb:

Probably Adobe ImageReady.. which isn't free but still it's useful for animations

yeah, image ready will work, some what complicated to learn. Ulead has a good one out, which is fairly easy to use and is not to expensive niether

If you have a mac... I would use Pixen... If not... Try Gale... I heard it was good.

yeah. I tried gale. its really good. but it isnt free. I was hoping to find something like it but for free or something like a trial version but will let you save your work. gale doesnt let you save though. anyone?
