Not too sure on the release date, it's marketed as "Q4" so probably around November I am assuming and god how do I hope I am wrong!

that game looks amazeing, always been a fan of the zelda series since the first NES version. also, with the added bonus that it uses the music from conan the barbarian/destroyer. brought back a flood of childhood memories

You dissapoint me. What about Resident Evil 4? It's all about killing things and popping peoples heads off and being scared outta your mind. As a serial killer I would think you adore this game.

And Sen, what did you mean... do you mean you don't really like the look of it? Are you dissapointed? (besides the water that is :))

Is it me, or is the LOZ series getting more and more like LOTR? In the first new Zelda trailer I could relate every scene to a scene from the LOTR triolgy.

As surprising as it sounds I never got into the whole survival horror genre.

Back on the old psx I played through resident evil two. in fact I beat it every way imaginable. It was pretty spooky too. Got me to jump on a few occaions.

yeah, I cant say I like the look - a little dissappointing. I love the look of wind waker. It was new, and fresh and just really well designed. Now it seems we've stepped back to the N64 versions of the games. Much of the same dull colors and look from those older games, just with a few more details. I was hoping for something new and not a visual re-hash.

its good really, looks very good, but far from impressed....Iīll have to see more, also I didnt like how Link runs, itīs too robotic for now....

Although regardless of how it looks I will buy it. there is just something about that franchise.

First off Fester - Try the **** game ok. It's awesome. So far it's my favorite game of this generation on any console. PS2, GC and Xbox. It's that good.

Second Sen - I can't belive my eyes :tear: To me, this game looks more beautiful than any game I have ever seen. And yes the fact that it has Link in it has a huge impact on that statement. This is the game I have wanted on my GC for so long, ever since the GC was released. tOoT is my favorite game of all time and this seems like the natural progression of the series. The game seems so epic and so huge that it's my most anticipated game of all time. This is not to say that I didn't like the Wind Waker because I did, I LOVED that game and played the heck out of it. It's right behind RE4 (you listening fester) on my most played/loved GC games. It's just this new Zelda looks so amazing and so much like the game I have wanted to play this entire generation. I am in on way trying to sway you either way Sen or anyone else who feels the same way, just telling you why I like the new one so much and can't wait to play it

SEN! you haven't played it either! What's wrong with you people! I leave the forum for a little while and all hell breaks loose. At least give it a rent man, heck I trust ya, I would send you my copy in the mail to try! The game is just awesome. Talk about atmosphere... I was scared outta my witts at the begining of the game!

Kirupa, do you have a gameboy? Have you played LOZ - Minish Cap? That game rocks!

I cant believe people dont appreciate their gamecubes! Mario Kart DD, Metroid Prime 1+2, Mario Sunshine, Zelda, Star Wars, The list is endless. I think that what makes the cube great is the fact that Nintendo concentrate on quality not quantity. They dont churn out loads of crap but when they release a game you know its gonna be good.

true, but thats only when nintendo is the developer and not just the publisher... you gotta admit that there are some pretty crappy games out for the game cube (well for all systems really...) but, yeah when nintendo develops their games, its always flawless...

THe best part about this trailer? Nintendo's cimematic movies in their games are almost always actual game play. Not the case with other games. Take GT4. Everyone loves the graphics...but I'd never seen actual gameplay. So I looked, and noticed how horrible it looked compared the the cinematics...almost like they were on different consoles! This Zelda game will look exactly as it does now...
