Could anyone help me out? I need to find the true 'meaning' to stairway to heaven, what it is really about. Ive done some researching, and the only thing i could find was that it's about some rich chick who buys a stairway to heaven, then realizes that she can't buy her way into heaven. That sort of what i though, the stores being closed when she gets there. Then the rest of the song throws me off :puzzled:

I always assumed they were just on drugs when they wrote the song, so I don't try to find any meaning in it.

Yeah, and the backwards thing is true, by the way. However, you need to get the song off an older print of the CD, they removed the backwards messages on the newer CDs.
