my profile picture not working...att:mods

hey has anyone has this problem when they try to upload the picture or link it to edit the profile picture it looks like it will upload fine but then when i hit save changes the picture doesnt show on my profile. and then when i try hitting save changes again i get thsi error

ok now it says that is working fine but the picture is not showing on my pro.
