Dropped out of the Kioto Treaty

Dropped out of the ABM treaty

Reduced funding for education

Last state of the union he promised certain programs would double in funding, instead they split in half.

Called North Korea a country "in the axis of evil." Then tries to bring in Russia and China into the conflict with DPRK, instead of even "recognizing" the government of North Korea and establishing diplomatic relations (how can you not recognize a government, and still ship them oil for 5 years?)
