have you gone to any Concerts?

Just wondering, if any one has seen any really cool concerts? i have seen alot of really cool concerts.

-saves the day, blink 182, green day - Pop Disaster tour
Alot of cool effects, flame throwers, confetti launchers, etc!
-DMB
-Sum 41 - when they first started!!
-Fenix Tx
-Mighty Mighty Bostones
they where really all good concerts!!=)

then in april in some time im seeing -
-new found glory (my favorite band, finally get to see them!!)
-less than jake (also very cool)
-good charlotte (my favorite sell out band)

then in august im goin to the warped tour

ive seen blink in concert like 3 times
ive seen good charlotte once before
autopilot off also
and ive seen my former favorite band(not favorite anymore cuz sell outs piss me off) simple plan 3 times i think.. i have their autographs on all kinds of stuff

i live for concerts

I pushed myself to the very front of the crowd and I met 4 sororotiy girls that needless to say.. were topless the entire show..

Does that entail for craziness?! I think I still have the bruises form the bouncing.. Ohh nevermind ;)

Hrmmm, I have only been to one concert. And that was the Bouncing Souls. Very good punk band :)

DMB has the best concerts... ever. They're better than anyone (More people went to see a DMB concert last year than anyone else...)

who's the next best concert? FOO FIGHTERS!!! they're freaking awesome...

oh, and john mayer is alright... lots of chicks at his shows.

i was listening to sum 41 and all of a sudden a mosh pit opens up right where i was standing. it was great. jumping around like a bunch of crazy people with out medication. lol=)

Until recently I saw on average 200 shows a year... everything from KC & the Sunshine Band, The Commodores (for those motown fans), Rolling Stones (twice), Rush (twice), Grateful Dead (29 times in 18 months), Ben Harper (11 times), to James Brown, Blind Melon, Third Eye Blind, to String Cheese Incident (4 or 5 times), Galactic, Blues Traveller (3 times), to name a few...

this year has been tight financially...

However, I am going to see Henry Butler with Zigaboo Modeliste tonight for Mardis Gras...

The best concerts are in large outside venues... especially for things like the warped tour and ozzfest with multiple stages/bands .. good times. Though small venues upclose and personal are equally as good if not better. Basic stadium seating is crap though, no matter who you're seeing.


I still havent seen Tool live darnit But I will OH YES I WILL (I hope)

well I did see mccartney while sitting my arse in a stadium seat, but that was a mighty fine show none the less...

The Chili Peppers are organising an outdoor gig in Glasgow and I got a ticket the other day. So far they've added the Foo Fighters to the bill and there will be more... I'm wetting myself in anticipation.
It's on Glasgow Green(which'll mean nothing to non-Scots) where I saw Marilyn Manson and Eminem last year.
Apart from that, I've seen a ****load of bands, many of which have been mentioned already.

considered by many to have been the concert of all time. it toko place december 9th at the knitting factory in hollywood. Lotusfear, farmers market, and estradasphere. ive seen many a band play but yes that concert blew me away!!!! it was the best concert i ever experienced in my life

that is why I missed the Stones this time...

$350 for the cheap seats to sit in the open wonderfulness that is Pac Bell Park (where the SF Giants play baseball) in the middle of November...

that would be one cold concert...

i saw the rolling stones on the 40 licks tour a few months ago. also saw a bunch of unknown bands at the 9 30 club. been to a couple foo fighters, good charlotte(got dragged to it) s lot of bsnds i never heard of, chili pepper, all the good stuff. the best concerts ive found are the ones at 9 30 club or fletchers or such. its more the atmosphere. the actual muic is a bonus. ive gone all philosopheristic

at the pop disaster tour... we where right next to the 30 speakers staked high lol it was great. my favorite green days song is 'time of your life'. it was my graduation song:(
