Advice on site

Hey everyone, I've just about finished all my content and layout. Note, I have yet to put in transitions, text and things like that; but this is the basically the finished product. I would greatly appreciate any comments on the design as I feel something may be lacking. Please browse through the sections and help me better it. Thanks in advance!

EDIT: woah! my security must have been doing good cos i didn't see any popups when i went there. i did notice down on the small gray bit telling you that it's connecting to so and so that there was some connectage to a site called paypopups or something like that.


here's the critique if he just has a bad host:
background definately needs to be darker/a dark tiled pattern.

not the biggest fan of that greeny blue colour. nor some of the background pictures

the copyright text looks out of place - maybe try using the same font as in the menu.

thoery is spelt wrong in the "about" section - it's "theory"

instead of having the "click to expand" in the contact section - it might look better if you have a button like what you've already got there - "sales", "info" and "misc" etc. cos it sorta looks tacky the way it is atm.

"about" and "contact" have the same background and so do "home" and "services" - was this intentional?

also the colour in the background of portfolio looks out of place

I removed the link, My security went nuts when I went to the link. SO there is something fishy going there. So out of concern for our folks here I removed the link. Please find another free host that does not drop a bunch of stuff on the unsuspecting.

I see what you mean about it lacking something - that little bit of extra 'umph'. Not sure what it is though - maybe the transitions will add an extra dimension. I noticed that you've misspelled theory in the about section.

its quite nice now that ur on the new host, i like the rollovers, im not sure about the main content area image, looka a bit busy for the style.

, the colour scheme could use some work, at least dont have a grey background if u ask me.

oh, and is that a hydralisk u hav as ur logo, blizzard may get a bit touchy about that ;)

right now I would say you need some transitions....definately. Also the color scheme is a bit clashy with that blue and green mixed with the grey....Some one posted a free web based color scheme tool that was great. Maybe they will post it here for you. Fix those few things and come back to us.
