Help Wanted: Flash MX 2004 Tutor!

Here's the deal; I'm a music producer with good illustration and motion graphic design skills and I want to build my own website with Flash MX 2004. Although I have learned a few things on my own, I find I tend to learn things much faster with one on one instruction. Is there anyone in the NYC area that could personally tutor me so I can become comepletly self-reliant? I really need help.
