My mother (who is not italian at all) makes the best pasta. Any type of pasta is great when she makes it, but she makes the best lasanga on the planet.

Um... Triple Chocolate Cookies from my local Tesco.
Or is that a girls' answer?
Otherwise it's got to be either Steak or Red Thai Curry...

Spar ribs bbq'ed according to dave.
(ie the ribs are soaked in a large kettle of my own home made bbq sauce, for two days over a low heat, before ever hitting the grill)
also in my top ten are
baked Brie (wheel of brie wrapped in layers of filo and baked)
Lobster tail (pastry made with Filo and filled with a heavy sweet cream custard)
Corn on the cob.. with tons of melted butter
Waffles covered in butter and fruit jam
Banana Split
a good lasagna (is there a bad lasagna?)
****** ( I don't know what it's called, but I ate a ton of them in France. They consist of a raw dough, wrapped around brie and butter and then grilled quick on a hot plate. Yes they taste like something perverse.. I'm sure that's part of the appeal. If you don't know what I'm talking about.. don't ask. I really can't go into it here.)

There is a bad lasagne.
I got dragged along to a Pizza Hut a while ago, and unable to face the monstrosity they served in either the pizza bit or the salad bar, I opted for lasagne.
It was overly cheesy, the 'meat' was like no other I have ever tasted (rubber, perhaps?) and it was swimming in grease.
There is such as a thing a ruined lasagne.

I'm with Philbo up there - minus the crab. I hate seafood!
A close second would be Pizza :)
