The chuck game? Yeah.... It's not hard at all. They just put in a doll with some minor elasticity, that's the only real effect. As for the throwing and the shooting.. You can figure that out by checking out the forums here.

I have an old .fla of a ball that you can throw around with your mouse Mr. Pancake.. Lemme see if I can find the links.

now here's another question :
How can i make the dummie with legs and all the other stuff, because now i only know how to drag the object. oh yeah can i also ask how to let the object rotate?

You'd have to create a small physics engine. Looking at theirs, they took a couple of things into consideration. Gravity, COnnectivity and a couple of other things. Unfortunately they haven't created real rag-doll physics yet because the guy can actually "crunch" together......
Soon enough we hope... But on the bright side it's pretty much just physics, mainly gravity. I would look around for tutorials on gravity and having multiple objects connected and the likes.

now i have a problem :
I can drag it with gravity, But if i drag it the gravity is still on anyone know what
code to put in?
