Hey i was wondering what you guys do for email services for your clients? I have a dedicated server but the email doesn't work quite right, i can recieve email fine but i can't send email. Of course i don't think that would impress my clients, so i was wondering about commercial email servers. Any advice?

Yea business email. As in my new client muldavin chiropractic will most likely want dan@muldavinchiro.com for his email and will want us to set it up for him. So i am wondering if i should invest in a commercial email server or just fix the email on my dedicated server to work properly.

meh the problem is i don't know how to fix it. My friend who helps me out with all my tech work thinks we should look into commercial email servers so i am wondering if we should indeed do that or if our server will suffice with the email problems fixed.

if you spend a little time, you can get a decent Email client up and running with just php... I mean you are going to want to spruce it up a bit, but take the time to do this, by doing it you will gain so much knowledge. Look at some good php sites, like www.php.net and www.phpfreaks.com, phpfreaks has good tutorials, i'm pretty sure they have one for setting up an email client. Have Fun!
