Just registered with MediaTemple

I just registered for hosting with MediaTemple, and I'm finally gettting my own domain name...
This is the first step towards starting a web design company! Now I just need to make some templates, do some designs for free, and then get clients!

well, racknine gives you more space, more transfer, for less per month... I'm interested in those because I want to start an online radio show... where I can showcase good music that people usually dont hear...

Plus, starting a web design company.. all of that sort... I still want to have transfer for that!

What about their uptime? I heard MT is excellent performance wise. Where is Kirupa? He should know these things. =)

Meda Temple is a much better host than Racknine. The racknine server kirupa is using goes down about twice a night for about 15 minutes, while media temple NEVER goes down and is faster. But it just depends on how much you want to spend and how much traffic you think you'll get.

I like both MT and Racknine. For hosting, mt is quite good, and for forums, racknine is great. You won't go wrong picking either.
