IE/Firefox Problem

I have a fealing that this is a problem with my lan, but whenever I go to some sites (i.e. eBay, apple, mapquest) I get an error on Firefox that says "...It cannot be found" like it doesn't even exist. I thought it was my firewall, but i disabled it, and the problem still occurs. It's funny because I only have this problem with a few sites, and they are all huge corporate sites.

Any help on this would be fantastic.

Have you tried repairing your net connection? It could be with something related to your DNS Cache, and repairing it clears it I think. There is a more direct way to open that file using Notepad, but I forgot where it is buried in your Windows directory :)

Right on, that worked. I can now view sites such as ebay, apple, and mapquest, but for some freakish reason, images are not showing up on either ebay or apple, but they do on mapquest. This is starting to freak me out heh.

When all else failes, download sp2 and restart. Problem fixed... don't know how, but its fixed.
