Alright, here is my first 3D model I have done and I was wondering what you guys thought of it. It hasnt been textured yet because, well I really havent learned how to do it yet.

I can. It's certainly impressive for a first. Much better than mine. I think some lighting would be nice though.

Alright, here's an attempt with light... :S Im still trying to do some stuff with it, but this is the best ive gotten it.

turn on anti aliasing or smoothin if you can... it will make it look less jagged

make the light come from a different angle, and I always make my shadows a dark dark purple. Looks nice for a first (I made a box for my first :))

Did you adjust the vertex to get the joints? Or are those just boleans?

wouldn't the light from your model cast a second less dark shadow?? :P

:D im working on it.. Next step is going to be to model my computer desk :| Might be a little difficult because right now, lol I only know how to work with the primatives (cubes, spheres, cones, etc...)
