Plz help me, as soon as possible. I don't have much information about creating flash, images etc....... Because i am just 14 years Old............!

you must be new to the forum, people here are generous but not about to give out free labor for a vbulletin site without any effort from you.

those banners you provided are very basic and would be novice level to make so go learn it. looks like they really only slapped in a swift3d basic anim and put a bg on it.

those banners are crappy... just basic tweens will produce that, just go through the 'basic' tutorial section on this site.

Try not only typing in all caps with excessive punctuation, but also bold your text and also make it as large as you possibly can. If you know how to make it move or blink or change it to a very bright neon-type color that would also help your case. So give that a shot and your audience might be slightly more receptive.

well, you could use macromedia flash for the flash animations, and for the 3d one (game bunker?), I think they used swift 3d (www.erain.com) Those arent very hard to do at all, and there are many tutorials around to show you how to make them

14 is no excuse. I was teaching the stuff professionally at 14! So, you best get to learning. The best place to start is www.webmonkey.com and search for Flash. It'll give you this one introduction, ment for flash 5 (or maybe 4, don't remember properly) but anyway, it's a good place to start, and everythign there still applies today. It will teach you all the basics.
