Penny-Arcade featured it not too long ago... 2 comics ago, I believe. Got it tubed by the massive PA following.

Edit: 'tubed' is the PA word for knocking the junks out of a server.

i've seen that a long time ago.. i thought it was flash but.. it seems that its actually on java.. but its possible to create a very similar thing with flash nonetheless :)
