Hey, anyone wanna be a part of my new project? It's a massive RPG site, with any theme requested, Classic RPG's, Anime, and even some themes that some people may suggest. I need people to help build it up. If anyone wants to know more, just e-mail me.
If anyone has ideas for RPG's post here.

Look at the 14th post I made for more information on these RPG's... it's the long one.

The positions are still open. I'm looking for someone that can make good story lines, and others that are good in design. Also I still need themes.

The position is still open. Anyone who is good at writing story lines, and those that are good in graphic design can still join up in the project.

I also need some tips on what I should put into a text-based RPG.
Like themes, what people would be able to do in it, and different features.
Any tip would work.

Okay first of all, if you want a text based RPG, make a MOO or a MUD. I can help with that, years ago I used to be a top MOO programmer.
If you don't know what these are, google them... hint: MUD is MultiUser Dungeon but MOOS are better, they are object oriented and so better for roleplaying.

First of all, I read all the things about Moo and Mud, I still don't get what it is. Can you give me an example of a finished project from it?

Basically a text based game.. go telnet to a MOO on mud-connecter.net ( or mudconnector.net) and see how it is

Right now, a huge help would be some suggestions on what the site should look like.

Even if any of you don't have time, this site is going to be updated very often for a long time. So you could help buildind story lines on your free time, we have all the time in the world.

The basic theme of these games...
- people will be able to go around throughout the games, into stores, arenas, training places, depending on the game.
- people will be able to chat with each other, sell stuff to each other, and constantly interact with each other.
- the people would pick make their own characters, and just... be.
- It's going to be a mix of different types. More like final fantasy and text-based groups, this is an example:

this is an exampe, it's not active, but look at what it's built up of.
It's going to be like that, but inside Flash. But in these, there are going to be more graphics than text stuff. Some will be able to have people moving around within the worlds, not freely, but more of just scene by scene, first person fiews. This is as good as I can explain things. It sounds complicated, and for some it is, but the results are astonishing.

Seems a bit of a big project for flash, maybe you should try JAVA instead....

I made a new adjustment. There are now going to be other misc. games...
But RPG's are still going to be the main focal point.
Good idea?

Please take part in the poll that I have posted "Walk or View"
It would be a great contribution to my new line of games that are made to the people's needs and wants.
Thank you,
