colors dont match in PS and MACROMEDIA

I'm doing some work in Photoshop and when I bring it into Dreamweaver, Flash, or Fireworks the color is off from what I wanted. I'm using RGB, and using the hex value so it should be the same. I'm guessing its a setting in PS, does anyone have a solution? Do I have to change my color profiles or something?

p.s. my search of the forums only had one relevant post and it did little to help ;P

Are you saying that the HEX values are different, or the colors appear to be different?

In PS, goto Edit>Color Settings and select 'Color Management Off'.
Now it should match other webdesign programs ;)
