AIM HELP!!!

Over the past month when I have tried signing onto my AIM SN "Jakowenko13" I always get this error message that pops up.

I have contacted AOL support team and most of the time they say that they cannot help me with this issue and tell me to view aim.com which has no help on their FAQ. Sometimes the support team says that they have had other complaints of this and are trying to address the issue. This has been over 3 weeks and the "issue" has still not been fixed. Can someone try to do some investigating and find the reason why this is happening. I have view the "More Info" page and I have not broken any of the terms and for no reason I am banned.

Sorry man, I have no clue. I really know of no way as to address this issue.

I hope it gets resolved immedaitely.

You could try switching to Trillian or Gaim or the likes... ??

try uninstalling and reinstalling....and watch out ...deselect the install weather bug option.

u might wanna scan ur computer for any virus,cuz some viruses do tht.

I'll try reinstalling and that, but I highly doubt it because it doesn't work on other computers either with just that SN, other SN's work...And I don't have any virus's either, I scan my comp regulary.

I have the same problem. I just figured I was blocked because of what I talked about on the screen name.

try registering with the same sn and see if it says "already picked" or w/e

Seems like a lot of others are having that problem also. I may be lucky and recover the SN kirupa if AOL continues to delete unused accounts :evil:
