Petition! (Or... corner mayor... whichever)

I want to be mayor of Kirupaland's northeastern corner. Mak can be my co-mayor, OR he can have a place near my corner. Either way, we need to have a trades agreement, and not just for insults, for goods and services too!

Here's the plan. I become mayor there, and then mak becomes mayor somewhere, and then we'lll plan from there.
