The navigation on the bottom with the reflection. Very sweet. How did they do that? Does anyone know?

Hmm pretty neat. The only thing I don't like about it is how the little nav boards seem to come out of thin air.

As for how they did it, it looks like a mask of an inverted image.

A little grunge background and a better use of graphics would make this site insane :)..I like the navigation though :D. Pretty neat site.
