Man i dont know what the hell is going on in this play ground !!! I dont like the design, all the fonts are blurry and need to be pixel fonts, the links at the top are kinda hard to notice, its just no working for me - You need to fix up the link bar first, maybe add some colour behind the links and move them a bit more to the right so they dont blend in with the website link that is on the right. Its also way to bland, i mean its just white with some lines....Sorry if i sound a bit hard, its just my opinion

All it needs is some more color... and I think it'll be fine. But definitely fix the fonts.
Not bad considering you just started using Flash... you'll learn to add more "flash" to your site along the way. ;)

Thanks for the replies.
b3nkobe, don't worry for being hard on my design, i can handle it.
The first thing i fixed are the blurry links in the menu-link-bar. I had some trouble with those fonts since the start.
The next big Flash-thing that i want to learn is how to use a database and how to externally load all the contents and texts... because moving now all the texts to fix the blur-thing.... oioioi.. that's a big job.
About the colors... i just passed my orange-period (#ff9933)... recovering from that mistake i needed to be monochromatic for a while... Maybe it's Colortime again for me... i'll try.

I agree, it needs more colour, bit too bland. I would say it needs a bit more structure aswell. Although you can notice the links at the top...they just look like your body text.. i.e. black and using an arial font.
Im not sure that photo on your main page does anything for yuor site. IT is a bit 'boring' (dont take that personally if its your own photography) but its not visually pleasing when you go onto the website.
Work on a colour scheme with 2 or 3 colours and then work on your navigation and then that photograph and then maybe you will crack it :D You have some good content on there, but your site doesnt compliment it.
O.. i just noticed the little square in the bottom right that changes the photograph...if your going to do that, make it more noticable! The photos are just 'Merly' and 'dull' you need bright and lively photos! works much better and will give you a compliment as people judge you on your website :D
Hope that helps!
[EDIT] Also if you are stuck for ideas...take ideas and things from other websites, theres lots of inspiration websites out there, my fav is www.styleboost.com

while playing on my playground, trying to fix the blurry letters, i came across this problem: When i animated the text. it became blurry again!!! (personalia > online curriculum > working experience) How can i fix that?
- menu has a small update and a lot of blurry texts are fixed... better like this?

Its not blurry in my browser. I still think you need more colour on there

not bad, might try sprucing up the logo and the buttons. Unless you are going for the plain look id try to make them more appealing

i tried to work on the site with those critics in my mind. i changed the buttons in the menu-bar and I even put a little bit of color on the background.
am i getting closer now?

Yer...its looking ok, but when you say you put colour in the background, there isnt much of it :sigh:
The menu is nice though

Its looking alot better than when I viewed the site last - The fonts are still blurry though, im not sure if youv read this or looked at it yet but it explains about PixelFonts to make them sharp & clear, heres the link: Click Me To See Pixel Fonts Tut!
I dont like it though how on the homepage when you rollover the main text, white bars appear behind the text? is that ment to happen? You need to fix up the link bar and change it to acheive something more clearer and sharper, as its blurry in my Firefox Browser.
Its getting there though, would like to see when youv changed it a little.
