real quick (I'll take a longer look later ;))... some transitions would be nice. Also that background image's opacity is set WAY too high, it makes it very distracting and hard to read the text.

I like that office render you got there... nice.

I like it, like Ryall said, some transitions through the pages would be nice. Your font for your buttons and your name is really blurred, you need to take antialiasing off.

Also maybe reconsider having that background image not there...as it makes the type quite hard to read. Also i noticed you have alot of 3D in your portfolio, maybe impliment that into your design, just an idea
