a little dark and trendy, but otherwise it looks nice!

tip #1: never user outer glow on text.
tip #2: never use crappy stock photography.
tip #3: user better colors.
tip #5: i would refrain from blending 2 photos together.

you might want to reconfigure your monitor and video settings so that you get the right colors...

but other then that good stuff...=)

i disagree w/ the person who said not to use outer glow on text...
it can be really neat if u know how to handle the colors/ and put in an 'inner glow' at the same time:

outer glow is good to an extent...

yeah i know we're talking styles...there are times to use them and times not too..personally i tend to take a minimalistic look at things..less is better

you probably tend to use minimalist features and this is why you use flash. Now some of use like when it's jazzed up with glows and glitters, it's just a question of personal tastes...
And besides filters are good tools sometimes... For example with motion/radial blur, use of difference clouds for textures, enhancing colors and plugins from Flaming Pear...

Looks dark, but good work!
Text can be in some other colour.
