Help! Flash menu on www.patriots.com

Could anyone refer me to a location on the web where I can find out how to create a flash nav bar similar to that on http://www.patriots.com

as for this thing .. loading the navigation depending on the page .. i have no idea :-\

somehow the swf receives a variable ...
