Magazine please

Hello everybody,, im trying to make a magazine but to make sure i have some questions..
1. In photoshop what is the size of a standard magazine ?? in pixels
2. is there a programa to make magazines ??
thanks.. its for a new proyect i have in mind.

You can use indesign for the layout, I have made large style guides with it cant see why you cant use it for a magazine. And I believe the standard magazine is 81/2 x 11 like a piece of paper. And there are some non standard sizes. Grab a ruler when in doubt. Dont forget to add the bleed area.

Try using coreldraw or illustrator they r the right programs for the job. The layouts size are readymade too.

indesign is the only program to use, your magazine can be any size really most are a little bigger than a sheet of paper but about that same size.

The size of the magazine should be more on cost, paper type and number of pages, and should be discussed with your printer
