I think you could use a more natural picture in the header, filter and colors used make it look weird. I like the girls too :sure: specially the ladies in pink (Good choice!! ,great criteria!!! jajaja)

Although it's been decided, I'd have to say I liked 2. The shape adds much more depth to the whole header, gives it more flava and fun. It breaks up the monotony of the average header. Yea prudy flower, purdy gradient mask... ALL been done b4, boring.
