Halo 2 Ending OWNED!

I don't get it what the heck is up with people, The Ending of Halo 2 was beautifal! I mean yeah it's obviously an idea that Microsoft had anyway, They know that they had a goldmine in their hands, so instead of ending it there. they Stretched it so that you whould cream your pants waiting for 3. The ending fitted perfectly, but no i'm so pissed cause i don't know what's gonna happen next. :m:


I'd have to say, GREAT JOB BUNGIE. YOU GUYS DID AN AMAZING JOB! i mean they didn't make the game as long as Halo 1. But who knows, maybe Halo 3 will be twice longer then both of them combined being it's probibly gonna come out in Xbox 2

Oh you know that Halo 3 will be the first game to come out on xbox 2.

It will be the flagship that will lead xbox 2 to the top of the consoles.

Agreed - Without Halo I doubt I would have brought an Xbox, before my xbox I had my PS2 but since Halo was released many years ago I brought my xbox and boy has it done a good job.....Halo 3 will be the selling game to help boost the Xbox 2, Microsoft will be having a great time as they know they are going to kill the market when its released....

I saw what I didn't know was the ending, and then the credits came on, and I was kinda like, "man, no way thats the ending, it can't be THAT bad" knowing that people were angry about it, and then the credits end, the ending cinematic plays, and I kind of sat there pondering what the hell just happened. I mean, the game was a masterpiece of design, engineering and gameplay, and they all culminate in THAT ending? Bungie got owned by Microsoft, plain and simple. So much for their slogan, "After Nov9, Earth will never be the same." After finishing the game, I'd personally change it to "After Nov9, you'll get tricked into thinking your fighting for Earth, but really have to wait for the next version of Halo to fight a decent Earth-based storyline, sorry" For all the supposed saving of Earth that Master Chief was supposed to be doing, he didn't do much... you can tell Halo3 will be the Earth-saving game (probably, but then again, you never know) but I kinda feel like I got the shaft when it comes to the ending and the supposed storyline of saving Earth. Halo2 was a mere setup for Halo3, which will have all the Earth saving in it. BAH!

Bill Gates is a Greedy arsehole. He wants money so he's not gonna waste time giving an AMAZING ending like Halo 1. he's gonna shorten it so we have to wait and pay 500 bucks for an Xbox 2 and Halo 3 (with controller, Halo game etc.)

You guys have to stop thinking that Gates has a hand in the Halo series. He really doesn't. Bungie's the one making the games. They make the game decisions. M$ simply funds them and takes care of the distributing process. That's their job as the publisher. Gates is definitely getting rich off of other products, such as the Xbox itself. Halo is just an added bonus to his pocket. But it was definitely the developer's idea to plan ahead for Halo 3. I mean, if they didn't, they'd pretty much be out of the job. What else does Bungie make nowadays? Nothing other than Halo.
