Problem with my Windows XP :(

Hey! ive got a problem with my windows XP. When i press Ctrl + Alt + Del and the task manager appears, there are no tabs at the top of the task manager...any ideas why? and how to fix it? its really annoying.

If you dont know what i mean, ive attached a screenshot.

try double clicking on the border

I just tried it, double click the grey space about a centimeter left of the End Task button.

wahay! it worked!!!! thanks guys! ive been trying to sort that out for weeks! and it finally drove me to the edge that i had to post on the best forum on the net :D

T-O i tried tht but it didnt work lol - but double clicking worked! cheers. Most appreciated.
