Hi i got a wallpaper but then the thing is i wanna just extract the background so i just have the background and i wanted to know how do i do that... because i dont want to use the main picture ....i need the background someone please help me

a wallpaper as in a bmp or jpg?

Those kinds of files are "flat" or layerless. Because of that theres no real way to extract something like the background imagery because the foreground on top has covered up and removed the background space it occupies.

You might want to try contacting the author to get the actual background alone
