Looking for a tutorial!

I'm searching for a tutorial which is supposed to be in the forums regarding an animated drop down menu done in actionscript! I have searched but not found it!
Also can someone recommend a tutorial site with flash mx special effects, I've used google but I'm sure that someone knows of some good sites!=)
