[Request] Site Design

I am currently developing a PHP site that is almost ready to launch, but I still lack a site design. There are a couple of things still needing to be done, but you can see what we have here (http://canuckc.no-ip.com). Thats just a temporary url. There is a lack of budget at the monet, but I would be more than willing to share profits. Any takers?
