I can't view the site, but looking in the url, it seems you're looking for grunge stuff.
do a search on the boards here, you'll find lot's of grunge stuff. Most grunge is done using grunge brushes, you can find 'em via google.

and what's your problem always complaining ?
If you don't have anything new to say, don't post.
And ctmxxl, apparently if the big square isn't one predifined brush (or shape) -
it's going to be a bit difficult doing this effect only with a brush, you might want to look up at the brush options to create a real rough brush look alike (like using dual brushes & all) or looking at filters which imitate brush strokes
cheers

ctmxxl: Your title was changed for a reason. "Photoshop" is not a suitable title for a thread; it is too vague. Further attempts to recreate a "Photoshop" thread in an attempt to replace this one will result in deletion.

it was done using about 3 different brushes from the same brush set, and one standard brush probably the chalk or rough oil pastel.
make a white square - find some grunge brushes that look like paint smear or streaks, then either add to the current square or change the brush of the eraser and take away from the square to achieve that effect.
then throw on a layer style of drop shaow, and a light bevel and emboss.
