I have windows media and it plays AVI files.

well , i mean i have the win med player and altho it plaays avi files. um....ok ok damn this is what i have, i have an avi file and altho the sound comes through good the video doesnt come through either in win med or quicktime. lol its like having sex with out the payoff lol. anyways

you might want to try dling a divx player. It usually plays things that the others won't. Do a search on google for "divx player"

damn you guys are the s--t!!!! hey can i curse here??? anyways, it worked fantastically but the mofo whom i downloaded the movi from gave me the wrong one, hey i asked for the matrix reloaded and i got some gay flick go figure, hey i have a ?, how can i get my own pic under my name and

Yeah you are most likely having a codec issue. Divx is a popular one, but there are quite a few out there. Try Divx, if that doest work try media players auto download feature while you are connected to the internet. Its flakey at best but sometimes it will grab the proper codec. =0)
