This Guy Stole My Layout

This morning I was viewing my webstats and I found out that this assh*le was stealing my sh*t and using my bandwidth to stream my videos and my images.

I built this site to get traffic to my referral link, which by the way I've completed and my ********s.com status is now "Sent to Vendor, Waiting on Product" (http://********.azulinteractive.com/story)

Anyway.. I've emailed the guy and asked him to take it down, he hasn't responded, so I followed with several other emails (with not so nice words) I know this is something i should just drop but it sucks.

This morning I set up a htaccess file in the "********" directory, so he's not leeching my bandwidth anymore..

In the eyes of the law the host company is responsable for holding the data on their servers. Speak with the Sh!ts hosting comapny and ask for it to be removed under copyright reasons. If you want you could take this theiving scumbag to court but it will be costly. Ive had my photos ripped off and im veryupset cos its cost me a lot of money. Kick ***.

That's what I did when some dude was using my images as a sig in a forum. I made it a picture of a wang, and the dude emailed me saying sorry and showed me a link to the forum where they were all paying him out.

why dont you just change the images hes stealing (hes just taking them directly from your site, like the address of them... right) and make them all screwed up, and put your images somewhere else on another link on your page that automatically redirects there.... so he will get some very odd images on his site if hes ripping.

you tried selecting them and pressing delete?
or if you can't do that: right click on icon, select properties. and make sure they're not archived (you may need to click on "advanced button" but not on all computers, just depends)

I added an HTA file that stops him from stealing my bandwidth.. but he saved the images to his drive and is using them on his server now.

I sent an email to yahoo ... they have a "Content Violation Reporting Form." They didn't seem to take any action.

well, its supposed to be you pay for something ELSE and then you get a free ipod from the free ipod people. so you dont pay the free ipod people, you pay someone else who probably pays the free ipod people. But people just call the cancelation numbers and cancel their orders for the stuff and they dont end up paying anything.

well its not that ur supposed to pay for something, its a 30 day trial then u pay for every day after on some stuff. it depends. but you can get it for free. read tonys instruction page.
