Personally I would never let a dope fiend do that....Cali State laws says the gun and the ammo can be closer than a foot together when in a vehicle (and in a lock box but I dont lock it). So... did he (the filmmaker) turn the film over to the police? Did he testify to police? Is there a police report we could read? (it must be on record somewhere) Most importantly, what happens before the video starts? Why is the bum ranting the way he is? What was edited out?

Notice that as the man is yelling at the camera, there are a series of cuts. Is the man behind the camera editing out his own comments?

I recall a few years back when some guys made "bumfights", but eventually got in trouble with the law for incitement.
