help: cannot log into winXP (and msn virus alert)

well anyway, my friend got it, and now he can't log into winXP. says that it keeps logging out immediately. He tried Safe Mode, but it still asked him to log in and still experienced the same problems.

Anyone know how to save his computer?

yep indeed I have :sigh: but my friend's not too keen on that, and i'm sure there's another way. (i've sort of found a way now, have yet to test it out. google's better than you guys :devious: )

yep yep..i'd format too. Formatting has become such a usual routine for me. However, not for my friend :( (bugger computer illiterate dudes)
